This free outdoor event will feature a 100-foot runway. The West 18th Street Fashion Show provides a platform for talented designers to present forward-thinking fashion to our community and beyond. Summer Adorned will be held at dusk (approximately 8pm) on Saturday, June 8, on the block of West 18th Street, between Wyandotte Street and Baltimore Avenue. Annually, the community is drawn to the 18th block to enjoy the exciting show which is filled with color, emotions, culture, and vibrancy. The theme this year is Summer Adorned. “Adornment and self decoration are timeless acts of human ritual. We paint, pierce, tattoo and dress our bodies in honor and recognition of our life cycle.
