Designers are encouraged to review the 2020 season theme, SUMMER IN HINDSIGHT. Inspired by the interconnected threads of the Bauhaus movement, Senior Artistic Director, Peregrine Honig pulls the theme together as she shares, “Two decades strong and eighty feet long, a season triadic, our bodies nomadic fashion in spotlight summer in hindsight.”

I am proud to be among a team of producers who believe in excellence, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of what is expected from our Paris of the Plains. What better community than our Kansas City to play host to established and emerging talent from the city, which has fostered me and so many others? We are all the better for opportunities like this to flaunt, be challenged, and have a blast while doing it!”

The West 18th Street Fashion Show has provided a platform for talented designers to present forward-thinking fashion to our community and beyond and plans to continue this initiative for years to come.
